First, follow the steps to log in to the PWA.
In the PWA, go to apps, then select the windows app.
Click to install the app from the windows store (you won't need to do this if your IT support have rolled the app out for you.
Once installed, click provision and the 3CX app will open and log itself in.
You can then close the PWA tab in your browser.
