Attached is a template file for use with the 3CX 2import contacts" feature. Download the template and fill it with your personal contacts to begin loading the into your 3CX profile.
Required fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
All other fields are optional.
Stripping 0 Issue:
You may encounter an issue where excel strips the leading 0 from numbers.
To resolve this, right click on the column header and select format cells.
On the number tab, select custom. Then select 0.
In the type box, set it to 00000000000 and click OK.
The numbers will now format correctly.
Save the file as .csv comma delimited.
Loading contacts
To load the contacts into 3CX, log into the web client and select contacts from the right hand side.
Click the plus to upload.
Select your file and click import.
You should see confirmation that the contacts have imported successfully.
Once loaded you can view your contacts on the "team" tab by selecting this toggle.
