Browse to the IP address of the phone system and select web manager:
At the login page use Administrator as the login, then enter your password.
From the main page, select Actions > Service Commands > System Shutdown
Confirm on the pop up and the system will shut down. Once the lights on the sysem are flashing red and orange, the power cable can be removed.
